As of July 1, 2015, the Atrius Health practices (Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates, Granite Medical Group and Dedham Medical Associates) have transitioned to a centralized billing system.
What will my billing statement look like?
For all patient services/care provided by Harvard Vanguard through June 30, 2015, you will receive a billing statement with the Harvard Vanguard logo on it. Consistent with the billing system transition, for all patient services/care as of July 1 and after, all patient billing statements will be issued by Atrius Health and will have the Atrius Health logo printed on them as shown here:
The layout of the billing statements is otherwise unchanged.
Has anything changed with online bill pay?
Whether your printed billing statement directs you to the Harvard Vanguard or the Atrius Health website, you can now conveniently pay all of your bills online through the Atrius Health website.
The billing statements for services as of July 1 will highlight that patients should now visit the Atrius Health website at www.atriushealth.org to pay bills online. When you visit www.atriushealth.org, just click on the “Online Bill Pay” link at the top of the homepage and complete the fields as directed on the next page.
The online bill payment function works exactly the same on the Atrius Health website as it did previously on the Harvard Vanguard website.
If you click the online bill pay link on the Harvard Vanguard website at www.harvardvanguard.org, you will be automatically redirected to the Atrius Health website to pay your bill.
