We are pleased to announce that the Family Medicine department, currently located at the Harvard Vanguard practice in Braintree, will be moving to a beautiful new suite at 90 Libbey Industrial Parkway in Weymouth in early December of this year.
A new family medicine physician, Dr. Gerald Liu, will join Drs. Elise Bender, David Dildine, Hoda Eltomi and Mary Odegaard as well as nurse practitioner Kara Erdody at the new location in December.
The Braintree Family Medicine clinicians look forward to caring for patients at their new office which is just a few miles south of the Braintree practice. If you are a current patient of any of the doctors mentioned above, you do not have to do anything to continue to receive your care from them in Weymouth. Following the move, any appointments patients had previously scheduled will remain at the same dates/times, but will be held at the Weymouth location with the same family medicine team providers.
The exact open date in Weymouth will be communicated through MyHealth, automated appointment reminders, and phone calls to patients.
We are very excited about the opportunity to expand the family medicine program in Weymouth and are committed to making this transition as seamless as possible for our patients.
