Once again, several Harvard Vanguard physicians have been named to Boston Magazine’s Boston’s Top Doctor list for 2013. The list, compiled by healthcare researcher Castle Connolly Medical, is comprised of physicians in more than 50 medical specialties. The Harvard Vanguard physicians named to the 2013 list include:

Allen Hamdan, MD – Surgery, Kenmore
Karen Klein, MD – Pediatrics, Copley
Susan Pauker, MD – Genetics, Kenmore
Paul Sax, MD – HIV Resource Team, Infectious Disease, Kenmore
Marc Schermerhorn, MD – Surgery, Kenmore
Julian Seifter, MD – Nephrology, Kenmore
Michael Somers, MD – Pediatric Urgent Care, Braintree
In addition to these Harvard Vanguard physicians, two other Atrius Health medical groups also had physicians who received this distinction. Dr. Michael Malone, urologist at Dedham Medical Associates, and Dr. Dan Oates, internist and geriatrician at Granite Medical Group, were also named to the Top Doctors List.
